How do I track my order?

Air dry garments by laying them flat or hanging them on a drying rack. If using a dryer, select a low heat setting to avoid shrinking or damaging the fabric.
Step 10: Iron or steam if needed
Iron or steam your clothing after drying to remove wrinkles and keep it looking neat. Always follow the ironing instructions on the care label to avoid damage.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Our warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for a certain period from the date of purchase.
However, please note that warranty terms may vary by product.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances can change, but our commitment to fast processing means we begin preparing your order for shipment as soon as it’s received.
Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to review their order carefully before completing payment.

The tracking shows that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it yet?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout to make sure it was correct. Sometimes packages are delivered to neighbors, a building reception, or another secure spot nearby.
- Check for any delivery slips or notices. Carriers may leave your parcel in a safe location or with a neighbor if you weren't home at the time of delivery.
- Reach out to the delivery company listed in your tracking details. Provide them with your tracking number and explain the situation—they may be able to give more details or start an investigation.
- If you're still unable to locate your package, please get in touch with our customer support team. Share your order and tracking details so we can help resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
- In some cases, if a package is marked as delivered but wasn’t received, a claim may need to be filed with the carrier. Our customer service team can assist you with this process and provide the necessary documentation.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what can I do?
If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships.
However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to change the address. In that case:
- at the incorrect address if possible.
- to our warehouse (if undeliverable) — once received, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping to the correct address (shipping fees may apply).
To avoid this in the future, always double-check your address before completing the purchase.
I haven't received an order confirmation — what can I do?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email includes your order number (at least 6 digits), an order summary, and the shipping address.
Sometimes, confirmation emails may end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation email is there.
If you've checked your spam folder, waited a little while, and verified your email address — but still haven't received your confirmation — please contact our customer service.
Provide your full name and order details, including your order number, and we’ll help you verify the status and resend the confirmation email if needed.
Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It’s a five-digit code.
If you didn’t receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
I received the wrong or a damaged item — what should I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our team will review your request and determine the best possible solution.
