RETURN POLICY
Return Period
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. Please ensure that your return parcel is sent back within these 30 days.
Return Conditions
✓ Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached.
✓ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
✓ We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
✓ Refunds to your original payment method typically take 5–10 business days after your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us immediately at info@levora.co.uk.
Exclusions
✗ Underwear (including socks).
✗ Items marked as Sale.
✗ Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
✗ Worn or damaged items that were not reported to our customer service team.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and depend on the carrier and country of return.
Please note: We do not cover import duties or customs fees for exchanges. Keep your shipping receipt with tracking until your return has been processed.
Return Processing
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days. It may take up to 5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note: As our warehouse is located abroad, return costs may be relatively high. Feel free to contact our customer service team to find a suitable solution together.
